Isabelle is the daughter of Maryse and Robert Lightwood (Shadowhunters: 1.01, 1.05,1.06). She is also the younger sister of Alec Lightwood and the adoptive sister of Jace Herondale (Shadowhunters: 1.01). Furthermore, Isabelle is the older sister of Max Lightwood (Shadowhunters:1.05, 1.06). In addition, she is the friend of Clary Fairchild and later, the friend sister-in-law of Magnus Bane (Shadowhunters: 1.01, 1.04, 3.22).
